CONDITIONS OF HIRE

  1. No Asbestos in any of our bins. If found will be returned to job site and placed on the EPA (Rejected Load Register) and a $400 reject fee will apply
  2. All Bins overloaded (above the rim) will be charged to the customer or pushed off the bin, as per RTA Chain of Responsibility Obligations.
  3. All Bins are hired on a 7 Day hire or $20.00 per day there after will be charged to the customer.
  4. In regards to payment for bin if customer does not pay on drop off, payment can be paid by direct deposit to:
    Commonwealth Bank – BSB 062 136, ACC 10398430
    or sent to P.O. Box 516 Caringbah NSW 1495.
    If payment is not paid within 7 days rubbish will be returned.
  5. Any access over private property will be at the customer’s sole responsibility including liability for any damage injury or harm, which may result from such delivery/pickup and fines from local Council’s are the Hirer’s responsibility.
    Bins will not be placed on road without permit provided by Hirer.
  6. Do not move bin.
  7. Max Weights apply to Household, Building Waste, Fibro

or a 21% fee added to the invoice for over 14 days in arrears

**Additional Charges for Carpet, Insulation, Tyres and Mattresses or Burnt Material**

Bins must not be filled above the rim

All care no responsibility re damage to property

Fibro will be returned to property and reported to EPA (Rejected Load Register)

Extra Fees Apply $400

Recycled waste must be clean and separated only (No Fines), Brick, Concrete, Sand, Sandstone, Dirt or Green Waste

Domestic Household Waste

Domestic household waste (No Masonry, No Fibro, No Brick Clay Dirt, No Sand, No Concrete) Max 200 Kg per cubic metre

Light General Building Waste

Light general building waste (No Masonry, No Fibro, No Brick Clay Dirt, No Sand, No Concrete) Max 200 Kg per cubic metre

Mixed Heavy Waste

Mixed heavy waste (No Fibro, No Insulation, No Tyres, No Chemicals) & Extra Fees Apply for: Contamination / Heavy Loads
